Andrew Pierce, Ashley Hudson and the Hamburg community knew that they would not go back. Ashley was 17 and she'd never been married before. The couple began their relationship quite slow. It was, however, romance at first sight. It was New Year's Eve, just ahead of the year's beginning, Andrew requested God to grant him one final thing this was to come... that Ashley would say yes and get married to him. Ashley wanted to design a wedding with a folk wooden theme that would truly represent her as well as Andrew. They incorporated a small amount of everything they love for the big day. The location was the 40 acres back of land Ashley has grown up on. Ashley took a tour of the area and had fun on it all, from the route they took towards the fields where the couple exchanged vows. Andrew and Ashley strolled through the exact area when they were together. It was important to personalize the wedding since nearly every aspect involved the DIY of the bride and groom. Andrew's father and Ashley and Ashley created the wedding ceremony and arches for the seats. Ashley made and painted some of the decorations for the wedding. Ashley states that the wedding would not have taken place if Anna Floral Designer at Magnolia Belle Floral had not done her amazing floral work for us, the wedding may not have been as amazing feeling that I had hoped it would. It's truly incredible.
